Congratulations to Dr. Edward J. McClain, III, and Dr. Vincent J. Silvaggio on being named as one of our region's Best Doctors in Orthopaedics.  The list, which is compiled by Best Doctors of America, Inc., is a selection of the regions' top physicians who earn the consensus support of their peers and who meet additional qualification criteria.

Dr. McClain currently serves as the Medical Director of Three Rivers Orthopedic Associates – UPMC and as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, at the University of Pittsburgh.   He specializes in Total Joint Surgery; MIS Surgery; Arthroscopy; and Revision Joint Surgery.

Dr. Silvaggio serves as the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Chief of Surgical Services at UPMC St. Margaret, and as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, at the University of Pittsburgh. He specializes in Spine Surgery.
